First Annual Cheer Golf Tournament

The Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra Season Finale Concert
Date: April 24, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

“Figure Sculpture with Live Model” workshop

“Techniques in Watercolor” Workshop

18th Annual Shorebird Metric Century

“Basket Weaving” Workshop

Greene Turtle Diamondback Dash 5K Run and Walk

2nd Annual JWJ 5K Memorial Walk/ Run for Justin's Beach House
Date: Sat. May 29th at 8:00 AM
Where: Garfield Parkway and the Boardwalk in Bethany Beach
Cost:  $20 for pre registration and $25 day of the race
Description of event: 5k run and walk in downtown Bethany Beach to benefit the JWJ Beach House. Their mission is to build and maintain home in the Bethany beach area where families with cancer can have a place of respite and
enjoy some fun with their family.  Overall male and female champions & masters, plus top 3 in 5 year age groups (14): 9 & under through 70+. Top three male and female walkers. (No runners under the age of 5 yrs. without an adult running partner).

Bethany Beach 4th of July Parade

Event Description: The year 2010 represents the 27th Independence Day Parade and Celebration in Bethany Beach.  July 4th 2010 falls on a Sunday. Since the town uses the grounds and facilities of St. Ann’s Church and the Christian Church Conference Center to assemble our parade, it precludes them from using those grounds on the 4th of July in 2010.

32nd Annual Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival
Date: September 11, 2010, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Organization Presenting Event: Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce
Where:  On the boardwalk in Bethany Beach and adjacent streets
Event Description: Presented by WSFS. Delmarva’s premier fine art event. More than 100 fine artists display and sell their work against a backdrop of sun, sand and surf. Live music and a silent auction add to the fun of this juried show. Admission is free.

8th Mariner's Bethel m / 5k Trail Run (Assawoman Wildlife Refuge)

Description: One of the finest events on Delmarva. A beautiful trail run through country roads, dirt roads and grass. A taste of it all in this event for a great cause supporting Mariner's Bethel United Methodist Church. 7M /5K run and 1m / 3m walk included. Water stops and lunch for all runners and walkers. Lunch also available to non-participants (adults $3 and children $2)
