It is with great pride that I share with you a synopsis of the personalized services I offer, my personal professional philosophy and a brief overview of my real state background.
I have been involved in resort
real estate sales since 1984. Through ongoing education
I have earned the designations of Graduate of the Realtors
Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),
and Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), as well as
Associate Broker.
I promptly address my
customers' concerns and keep lines of communication
open with homebuyers and sellers. I pride myself on
my excellent rapport with other brokers and agents in
the industry - a benefit to both buyers and sellers.
I hold professional memberships in the Realtors National
Marketing Institute, Residential Sales Council, Real
Estate Brokerage Council, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council,
Sussex County Multiple Listing Service (DE), Delaware
Association of Realtors, and National Association of
Realtors. Experience and education are pivotal in selecting
an agent to handle your real estate needs.
As a Top Producer in the
Real Estate Industry, several of my achievements include:
being chosen as a Who's Who In Real Estate
in America ,
a featured guest writer for a series of real estate
articles in a local newspaper, as well as a guest speaker
on a panel to educate other realtors.
My expertise lies in marketing upper-end properties located oceanfront, ocean view and bay front. My achievements have involved sales of over $200 million. Confidentiality is a hallmark of my business philosophy. Although I am highly protective of my client's names, many have offered their names and comments as testimonials. A list of references is available upon request. The referral network I have established over the years is beneficial to me as well as customers and clients.
My staff and I offer computerized,
personalized, buyer and seller presentations, up to
date market analysis - all necessary in today's ever-changing
climate. Our personalized marketing programs employ
property fliers, high-quality advertisements that include
local and metropolitan advertising, Realtor Networking,
e-mail, a customized web site and all the advanced technology
the real estate industry has to offer. My voice mail
service allows me the freedom to maintain my active
schedule and remain in contact with clients and customers.
I can be reached promptly via mobile phone to respond
to urgent matters. I employ a Personal Assistant to
assist in day-to-day operations. By delegating many
administrative tasks to my support staff, I am able
to spend more time in direct service to my customers
and clients.
