I have been involved in resort real estate sales since 1984. Through ongoing education, I have earned the designations of Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), as well as Associate Broker.

My expertise lies in marketing upper-end properties located oceanfront, ocean view and bayfront. My achievements have involved sales of over $250 million. Confidentiality is a hallmark of my business philosophy. Although I am highly protective of my client’s names, many have offered their names and comments as testimonials. A list of references is available upon request. The referral network I have established over the years is beneficial to me as well as customers and clients.

I offer computerized, personalized, buyer and seller presentations and up to date market analyses – all necessary in today’s ever-changing climate. Our personalized marketing programs employ property fliers, high-quality advertisements that include local and metropolitan advertising, Realtor Networking, e-mail, and a customized website and all the advanced technology the real estate industry has to offer. I pride myself on being attentive and available to my clients’ needs. I can be reached promptly via mobile phone to respond to urgent matters. I also employ a Licensed Personal Assistant who handles transaction management, client communications, and document preparation. Additionally, I utilize a full-time marketing coordinator who specializes in social media, newsletters, print media, listings support, and more. With the combined efforts of my staff and myself, I am able to spend more time in direct service to my clients.
